What exists today is a drawing set dated 16 April 2026 by FHD India Consultants LLP, a set of developer renders, and a launch note collecting expressions of interest. Public approval filings record the airport height clearance from July 2022, fire clearance from June 2025, municipal stage from March 2025 and an environmental clearance dated July 2026. No RERA registration is recorded.
That makes this a project worth tracking rather than one to pay for. Everything on this site is what the drawings and the developer material actually say, with no price and no possession date, because neither has been published.

The drawing marks a clubhouse of ground plus four floors at 50,000 sq. ft., while the launch note describes 80,000 sq. ft. of podium amenities. Those are two different measures and only one of them is on a drawing.

What does it cost?
No price has been published. The project is at expression of interest stage and the developer has not issued a price sheet or a payment schedule. Anyone quoting a per square foot rate for this project today is guessing, and we will not.
How big is the clubhouse?
The drawing marks a clubhouse of ground plus four floors at 50,000 sq. ft. The launch note describes 80,000 sq. ft. of podium amenities, which is a different measure. Ask which figure is the sanctioned clubhouse area before treating either as fixed.
When is possession?
No possession date has been announced, and none can be relied on before RERA registration, because the registered completion date is the one that binds the developer. Expect a date once the project is registered.
